Saroop Singh & Sons is run by professionals with decades of hands-on building experience, using careful planning and close attention to detail to keep every project — large or small — on track. A foundation to perfection
Saroop Singh began building homes in 1969. What follows is the trail of projects that took the firm from Chandigarh's residential streets to boarding schools and mountaintop resorts across two states.

The first company
Saroop Singh opens his first construction company, building homes in Chandigarh, Panchkula and Mohali.

1975
Into industrial construction
The firm moves into Parwanoo and Solan (HP), building industrial facilities including YPL (Yash Pal Limited), Kaali Maa Plastics, Him Air and Rohit Cables.

1980–1988
Hotel Timber Trail
Construction of the landmark Hotel Timber Trail, a unit of Asia Resorts Ltd. Its ropeway-linked mountaintop units are completed in 1988, making the firm's name.

1988–2016
Rock Rose Resorts
Development of Rock Rose Resorts in the village of Mangoti — later Surya Rockrose, a Bonzo Resorts Ltd. property — across two build phases, completed in 2016.

1990–1997
Schools, factories, a farm
Work at Lawrence School (Sanawar), the P.A. Pinions factory (Dharampur), Hotel Misty Meadows (Kumarhatti-Nahan Road) and a private farm.

1992–2017
Pinegrove School
A long-running partnership building out Pinegrove School's Mangoti Mor and Subathu campuses — academic blocks, hostels, dining hall and auditorium.

Kasauli Club
The Kasauli Club is built from the ground up in Kasauli, Distt. Solan (HP).

Saint Soldier Divine Public School
Delivery of a day-boarding school in Sector 16, Panchkula, over a 15-year engagement.

Dalhousie Public School
A new campus built in Village Siswan, Kurali-Baddi Road, Mohali (Pb.) — for a boarding school with 52 years of history in Chamba, HP.

Four sites, two states
Currently building Dazz Mart and The North Chandigarh in Kharar and Kurali (Pb.), Atasee Luxury Hotel and Resorts in Solan (HP), and Coral Walk in Sangrur (Pb.).
